Is there a fee to attend the Symposium?

There is no cost to attend the Symposium.

How do I register to attend the Symposium?

Register now! Aa link is available on the homepage (sheleads.wustl.edu) and will close October 19, 2023.

Can I register to attend onsite?

Those who wish to attend the breakfast and/or lunch much register in advance. Onsite registration for the panel events and keynote is available as space permits.

Can a guest join me at the Symposium?

Guests are welcome to attend. Separate registration for each individual attending is required.

How do I modify or cancel my registration?

This is easy! Please email sheleads@wustl.edu if you need to amend your registration.

Where does the event take place and where is parking available?

The Symposium takes place at Emerson Auditorium in Knight Hall at Washington University in St. Louis. Visitors to campus may park in the Millbrook Garage, immediately to the north of Knight Hall. Parking validations will be available for visitors to campus. 

What attire is appropriate?

Business casual attire is suggested.

Is the Symposium held in an accessible venue?

The symposium venue is easily accessible by everyone. If you have additional/particular needs, please feel free to contact sheleads@wustl.edu.
